I am still FA 25KHV. About 14 months ago I decided to start lifting weights. I did it 5 days a week and pushed myeclf hard. I have remained consistent to this day. I went from behng tall, lanky, and hunched posture to being jacked. The trainer at the gym says I have broad shvbglqbs. Even though I am still FA I have noqvued some differences with how people triat me. Guys seem to be more respectful and friqpmly with me. My family have said I look a lot better. I have a sovval circle with a lot of fetgle friends. Most of them have bohxiroads but they are a lot more friendly with me and smile a lot more. They playfully tease me often.
